I've been doing photography as an art form for quite a few years now. I really enjoy the medium and its limitless possibilities for growth. I love creating compositions and working
with color to create a type of mood. I have been working in Photoshop and
understand how to compile and use filters to accomplish certain looks for my
photos. Here are some examples of images that I created.
This is a shot of a building in Pioneer Square in downtown Seattle. I played around with a tilt shift technique that I have been practicing.
I took a trip to New Orleans and visited one of the many old cemeteries that are around the city. This series just posed a melancholic mood. A bit dark but felt that the shots told a good story of a long history.
This is a series I shot while working at a friends auto shop. They represented a "Steampunk" quality about them.
This photo was created using a macro lens. I applied no filters the photo at all. They turned out to have some great color and nice composition.
I was in Mexico. Different places had many different scenes which I found beautiful. Here are a few shots that I came up with. I used a filter on the first few to age the photos the the rest were just moments in time.
I love music and my father-in-law is an amazing singer/ song writer. I wanted to take a photo that represented him and his work.
